As years pass, Thorfinn becomes a child soldier, then a hardened mercenary, losing himself in hatred. The second season pivots to a stunning character study: Thorfinn, stripped of his purpose, must rediscover what it means to live. The series asks whether a true warrior is one who kills, or one who protects. Both seasons are available on Amazon Prime Video and Crunchyroll. Season 3 (Warrior arc) is confirmed in production at Wit Studio — Thorfinn and Einar have escaped slavery and reached Iceland, and the arc will test Thorfinn's pacifist convictions against the reality that peace requires active defense.
